Hardwood Lumber Company specializes in the production of high-quality, custom-made, Wood Countertops. In cases where a product has a deformity or if it is returned with defects and/or modifications, we list it under our Factory Seconds category. All products within this category are offered at a discount of up to 50% or more. Factory Seconds orders will be shipped out within one week or less.

This Ash Blended Grain Countertop is unfinished, has yellow marks, and damaged edges. These pieces measure 1-1/4" x 8-3/4" x 50".

All purchases of Factory Seconds are final, we do not accept returns on any factory second products.

Product Disclaimer:

All factory seconds are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange. We make every effort to provide accurate details of the product by explicitly stating all defects when adding factory seconds to the website. Please be aware that factory seconds may remain in our inventory for an extended period after being added to the website. Due to the inherent characteristics of wood, including being unfinished and not installed, these items may develop cracks, warp, bow, or acquire scratches over time. It is important to understand that such occurrences are not considered defects for our factory seconds.

Ash

Ash sapwood is light-colored to nearly white and the heartwood varies from greyish or light brown, to pale yellow streaked with brown. Ash is generally straight-grained with a coarse uniform texture. Ash machines well, is good in nailing, screwing and gluing, and can be stained to a very good finish. Ash has very good overall strength properties relative to its weight and has excellent shock resistance. We use only the higher quality grades of Ash lumber for our products.
