The Hardwood Lumber Company
March 20, 2020
Hello our most valued customer, we are beginning to experience difficulty with our production, deliveries and orders due to the novel coronavirus. While we remain operational at this point, we understand that this could change if the Governor of Ohio mandates the closure of all non-essential industries and manufacturing.
Safety of Our Customer
Currently, we are meeting with our employees daily and they are running orders and completing their daily tasks. The measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our employees and customers include sanitizing surfaces, cleaning our lunchrooms, restrooms, and all places that our customers and employees may come into direct contact with throughout the day.
Local Business
Our Showroom will remain open as normal; however, due to our suppliers being shut down, orders may not be able to be made for a period of time.
Online Business
Due to our suppliers being shut down, orders may not be shipped out for a period of time. We do not know how long this period will last but ensure we will ship out any order after we are able.
Pick-Up
Pick-ups of completed orders will continue as per usual.
Deliveries
Deliveries will continue to our customers, but due to some states closing down all non-essential business we may not be able to ship to you until further notice.
Thank you for your understanding and patience,
Our thoughts and well wishes are with all of you, as we work through the unprecedented and difficult situation surrounding the ongoing spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Stay Safe,
Stephen Trudic,
Hardwood Lumber Company
