Hard Maple In-stock Stair Tread Details

The Hardwood Lumber Company now offers a few select wood species stair treads and risers that are in stock and ready to ship. 

All of our in-stock stair treads are unfinished and have a bullnose edge (also called half-rounds). Nosing is added on to the edge of each step as a safety feature, increasing the amount of space you have to step on as you climb the staircase.

Hard Maple is a strong, durable hardwood with a light, creamy color and fine, uniform grain, often used for furniture, flooring, and cabinetry.
