Hickory Backsplash
Match your Hickory Wide Plank or Butcher Block Countertop with a quality Hickory Backsplash!
These Butcher Block Backsplashes are constructed like a Butcher Block Countertop with the strips running the length of the backsplash, or you can also choose the Face Grain Construction Style. Hickory Backsplashes are available in a thickness of (1/2 inch) up to (1-1/2 inches), a depth up to (24 inches), and a length up to (138 inches).
If you prefer to have your Backsplash sanded smooth and have no texture, be sure to select NONE in the Texture Options.
Wire Brushed Texture works best on wood with an open grain such as White Oak, Red Oak, and Ash. On other tighter grain wood species the Wire Brushed Texture will not have the same effect and will not be as visible.
Please Note: Because each piece of wood has its own unique character, grain and color will vary from the sample images shown. All wood backsplashes are custom made to order and are non-returnable, except for In-stock products that have not been modified or altered in any way. Once a custom order has entered production (typically within 24 hours after order placement), it cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded. If a change to your order is needed, please contact our Customer Service team.
Warranty Information: Please carefully read all warranty information, including installation instructions and timeframe.
Hickory Backsplashes ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
Note: Lead times may vary based on order volume and seasonal demand. Please contact our sales team online or by phone at 1-800-798-1269 for questions regarding current order lead times.
Hickory
Hickory is the hardest, heaviest and strongest American wood. The sapwood of hickory is white, tinged with inconspicuous fine brown lines while the heartwood is pale to reddish brown. Hickory is coarse-textured and the grain is fine, usually straight but can be wavy or irregular. The wood can be sanded to a good finish. Hickory grain pattern welcomes a full range of medium-to-dark finishes. We use only the higher quality grades of hickory lumber for our products.
