These Butcher Block Backsplashes are constructed like a Butcher Block Countertop with the strips running the length of the backsplash, or you can also choose the Face Grain Construction Style. Rift Sawn White Oak Backsplashes are available in a thickness of (1/2 inch) up to (1-1/2 inches), a depth up to (24 inches), and a length up to (114 inches).

All orders revised or canceled after going into production (within 24 hours after order is received) will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.

If you prefer to have your Backsplash sanded smooth and have no texture, be sure to select NONE in the Texture Options.

Wire Brushed Texture works best on wood with an open grain such as White Oak, Red Oak, and Ash. On other tighter grain wood species the Wire Brushed Texture will not have the same effect and will not be as visible.

Because each piece of wood has its own unique character, grain and color will vary from the sample images shown.

Rift sawn white oak has a straight grain pattern. White oak sapwood is light-colored and the heartwood is light to dark brown. White oak is mostly straight-grained with a medium to coarse texture, with longer rays than red oak. White oak therefore has more figure. We use only the higher quality grades of rift sawn white oak lumber for our products.
