Hardwood Lumber Company is a manufacturer and supplier of quality Round Style Cutting Boards. Made from solid hardwoods, these Butcher Block Cutting Boards are practically indestructible. Our Standard Round Cutting Boards have a 1/8" radius around the circumference of the board, and are pre-treated with the standard option of Mineral Oil, or our Tried and True Salad Bowl Finish. Upon receiving your order, it is recommended that you clean the board with a damp cloth, then apply another coat of Hardwood Lumber Company Butcher Block Oil or Butcher Block Conditioner, before using your cutting board for the first time. You can also order your cutting board to be shipped unfinished, if you prefer to not have your product sealed with Mineral Oil. Additionally, we also offer the option for a Juice Groove and Finger Slots. Hardwood Lumber Company Butcher Block Cutting Boards are of the best quality wood cutting boards available.
A water-resistant glue is used for all our Butcher Block Cutting Boards.
Most of our woodworkers are craftsmen from the local Amish community, providing great attention to quality and detail throughout the manufacturing process.
Because each piece of wood has its own unique character, grain and color will vary from the sample images shown.
All orders revised or cancelled after going into production (within 24 hours after order is received) will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.

African Mahogany
African Mahogany Heartwood color varies, ranging from a pale pink to a deeper reddish brown, sometimes having streaks of medium to dark reddish brown. African mahogany tends to darken with age. African mahogany is easy to work with, glue and finish. African mahogany is a good substitute for genuine mahogany. We use only the higher quality grades of african mahogany lumber for our products.
