Whenever we store any product that has a deformity, or if a product is returned with defects and/or modifications, we list the product under our Factory Seconds category. This Beech Landing Tread is prefinished with a stain, has an eased 1/8" radius edge detail, small marks, and a small crack. This piece measures 3/4" x 5-1/2" x 96".

All purchases of Factory Seconds are final, we do not accept returns on any factory second products.

Product Disclaimer:

All factory seconds are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange. We make every effort to provide accurate details of the product by explicitly stating all defects when adding factory seconds to the website. Please be aware that factory seconds may remain in our inventory for an extended period after being added to the website. Due to the inherent characteristics of wood, including being unfinished and not installed, these items may develop cracks, warp, bow, or acquire scratches over time. It is important to understand that such occurrences are not considered defects for our factory seconds.

Beech

Beech sapwood is white with a red tinge, while the heartwood is light to dark reddish brown. Beech is generally straight-grained with a close uniform texture. Beech is classed as heavy, hard, strong, high in resistance to shock and good resistance to abrasive wear. We use only the higher quality grades of beech lumber for our products.
