This Genuine Mahogany Edge Grain Floating Shelf is prefinished, prepped, has a 1/4" radius Edge Detail, and is darker from the sun on one end. This piece measures 2" x 8" x 28-7/8".
Brackets are not included with Factory Second Floating Shelves unless otherwise noted in the description.

Genuine Mahogany
Genuine Mahogany is also known as Honduran Mahogany. The heartwood can vary a fair amount from a pale pinkish brown, to a darker reddish brown. Genuine Mahogany grain can be straight, interlocked, irregular or wavy. Genuine Mahogany is typically very easy to work with, machines well, sands very easily, glues, stains, and finishes well. We use only the higher quality grades of Genuine Mahogany lumber for our products.
