Our Rustic Cutting Boards are sealed with the standard option of Mineral Oil, or with a natural plant based oil (Fractionated Coconut Oil). It is recommended that upon receiving your order, you first clean the board with a damp cloth and reapply another coat of Butcher Block Oil or Butcher Block Conditioner, before using the cutting board for the first time. You will get to choose among three different sizes. The Small varies from 6'' to 8'' in width and 12'' to 18'' in length, the Medium from 8'' to 10'' in width and 14'' to 20'' in length, and the Large from 10'' to 12'' in width and 16'' to 24'' length. You can also request your Rustic Edge Cutting Board to be shipped unfinished for those who prefer to not have them sealed with Mineral Oil.
